‘Beyond By Four Seasons’ Invites Guests To Explore Tuscany In Luxury Vehicles

The Tuscan countryside is too beautiful to not be explored, that’s why starting tomorrow Four Seasons Firenze is debuting Beyond by Four Seasons. During this new guest experience, travelers will use the Florence property as a launchpoint to explore Tuscany in vintage classic or luxury sportscars which have been selected by the guest services team. The experience was developed in collaboration with Canossa Events and will feature daily activities driving through the Tuscan countryside, enjoying culinary offerings and wine tasting.

Beyond by Four Seasons kicks off on Four Seasons Firenze’s leafy grounds with an al fresco welcome dinner in the Faggio Garden. The property is large and brimming with history; the main building is a former 15th-century palazzo and the second building, La Villa, is a former 16th-century convent. Throughout the hotel you’ll find frescoes and statues dating back to when the buildings were originally constructed. Walking around you’ll be surprised by stunning little corners of the hotel, such as a small splendidly adorned chapel right off the lobby which can be booked for a fine dining experience. The outside of the property is also equally charming consisting of a sprawling park filled with art works, pool area and multiple restaurant and bar spaces. Make sure to book a dinner at their Michelin-starred restaurant Il Palagio during your stay where you can enjoy regional favorites like Livornese cockerel agnolotti or Casentino lamb. Even before your meal starts you’ll be offered a beautiful amuse-bouche sampling of four vegetable-centric bites.

Food will also be a central theme of the Beyond by Four Seasons experience as guests will enjoy visiting wineries and restaurants in Tuscany. Wine lovers will get a glimpse into how it’s made when they visit the historic Antinori Cellars learning more during a private tour and wine tasting. Other destinations include a drive through Siena with a lunch in the renowned Montalcino City Hall or a visit to the famous elevated town of Bolgheri. A stunningly beautiful drive through their famous cypress-lined road leads o a walled walkable enclave filled with shops and restaurants. There will also be a stop to the vineyards of Ornellaia.

The experience will open doors that are normally closed to the public — there will be a unique Florentine dining experience followed by a night at the opera. Beyond by Four Seasons is expertly curated exploring hidden routes and local secrets that visitors typically don’t get to experience. “We came together with Canossa Events to create something truly spectacular for our guests,” says Christian Clerc, President of Hotels and Resorts. “An ultra-luxury drive adventure where the journey is to be enjoyed just as much as the destination.”

While there’s lots to explore the program will also feature time to recharge and enjoy the grounds of Four Seasons Firenze. The property features a beautiful pool that overlooks the surrounding greenery and there’s also an expansive spa to enjoy a restorative treatment. In the evening the outdoor bar beckons with cocktails such as their vintage negroni (the cocktail originates from here) and other creative libations. Also, rooms like their junior suites have balconies perfect to have an espresso and recharge before the next Italian adventure by car. Guests will look back on a week of culinary enjoyment, winery explorations and seeing a side of Tuscany that only locals know.
