Warner Bros. Discovery will shut down the newly-launched streaming service CNN+ only one month after it launched, Variety and the New York Times reported Thursday, citing two sources familiar with the situation.

Chris Licht, CNN’s incoming president, called an all-hands meeting Thursday at noon to share the news with staffers, both Variety and the Times reported.
The news comes over one week after CNN’s parent company WarnerMedia completed its merger with Discovery.
